JB Red Kiln Dried Roofing Battens are made from slow-grown, high-grade timber
These battens are factory graded in the UK to meet BS 5534 strength requirements
Each batten is marked with the supplier name, origin, grade, and size according to BS 5534
They are treated to BS 8417:2011 standards using Koppers MicroPro® for long-lasting durability
The red colour ensures visibility and reduces theft on site
With a 60-year life expectancy, these battens resist insect attack and wood rotting fungi when installed correctly
